Your responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for filled high quality talent pipelines by identifying and engaging with the top talents that nobody else would find
  • You work closely with our Talent Acquisition Managers and Hiring Managers to understand their hiring needs and priorities in order to increase our recruiting efficiency and therefore enable a faster hiring 
  • You research, test and evaluate new tools and active sourcing methodologies, as well as sourcing opportunities and implement the most fitting ones for Seven Senders (including market research, market trends, industry trends, talent insights, etc.)
  • You collect relevant data based on our KPIs and map it out within a reporting mmatrix
  • You build and manage talent networks by creating talent pipelines for future and existing hiring needs using all available talent sources

 

What you bring along / Qualifications:

  • You have an academic degree and a proven record of successful sourcing 
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in the field of talent sourcing in tech and business positions on all levels 
  • You are a confident and to-the-point communicator, able to attract and win over very specific profiles to excite them about Seven Senders 
  • You are able to quickly immerse yourself in different requirements of a position 
  • You have a very structured way of working, being able to prioritize a variety of complex tasks and break them down into strings to work in 
  • You are a natural networker, collaborate efficiently with the Talent Acquisition Managers and you build a trustful relationship with your candidate network, using your talent to engage with candidates
  • You are fluent in English and German, any other language is a plus
