The business intelligence and finance teams at Seven Senders aiming at providing the basis for a truly data driven company. In our data warehouse and finance tool we combine data from a multitude of data sources along the Seven Senders supply chain for internal and external reporting as well as process automations.

In your role as a professional
Financial Planning and Analysis Manager you will help us to get to the next level in terms of controlling and reporting processes. As such, you will be responsible for building regular reports on financial and operational KPIs across the whole company as well as managing actively the budget and spending process. You will take ownership for gathering controlling relevant data, the analysis and for proposing actions based on the data. Thereby you will cooperate with the finance and BI team and directly report to the Teamlead Controlling and Invoicing.

You have:

  • At least 4 years of previous experience in Controlling and/or FP&A area
  • Experiences in fast moving and developing environments
  • Proven experiences with BI and accounting tools (e.g. Navision, SAP)
  • Strong analytical mindset and financial modelling skills
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects, strong project management skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Very good command of English in speaking and writing (German not required)

Optional

  • Previous experience in e-commerce or logistics
  • Experience with Looker and/or Microsoft Business Central / Navision
  • Successfully implemented new tools and systems

 

You will:

  • Prepare and manage monthly reporting process for various stakeholders
  • Manage proactively cost development per Cost Center
  • Enhance sustainable controlling and reporting processes in coordination with the finance and logistics departments at Seven Senders
  • Take ownership for the data-based invoicing process
  • Lead strategic initiatives for further growth at Seven Senders
